Our Process includes:
- 1. Preparation Area
- Surface Cleaning Equipment: Includes washers and sandblasters to remove contaminants like oil, grease, and rust, ensuring proper adhesion of the powder.
- Pretreatment Systems: Chemical baths that enhance corrosion resistance and improve coating adhesion.
- 2. Application Equipment
- Powder Booth: An enclosed area where the powder is applied to the parts using electrostatic spray guns, which charge the powder particles for even coverage.
- Cyclone Recovery System: Captures overspray powder, allowing for reuse and reducing waste.
- 3. Curing Oven
- Infrared or Convection Ovens: Used to cure the powder at high temperatures (typically between 180°C and 220°C), melting the powder into a smooth, durable finish.
- 4. Cooling and Inspection Area
- Cooling Racks: Allow coated items to cool before handling.
- Quality Control Station: Inspects finished products for uniformity, adhesion, and finish quality.
Benefits of Powder Coating
- Durability: Offers superior resistance to scratching, chipping, fading, and wearing compared to conventional paint.
- Environmental Impact: Produces less hazardous waste and emissions, as powders contain no solvents.
- Color Variety: Available in a wide range of colors and finishes, including matte, gloss, and textured options.
